A short assessment is conducted to understand the current culture. Such as , the methods of team work, problem solving, communication, decision making and leadership. This provides content to customise The Integrated Framework to ensure outputs in up-skilling, a shift in culture and gains in business results. Projects and participants are agreed in assessment.
With the learning and culture developed from the pilot, The Integrated Framework will then be rolled out across multiple sites or departments.
