The work will consider both Infrastructure (methods, processes, tools) and Capability (knowledge, skills and attitude of people to use the Infrastructure) in equal measure. Using this method you also consider the roles required within the organisation to support the implementation. Also, making sure you identify requirements for reviews, steering etc always focussing on the HOW.
